Kids’ first dive into the fascinating world of algorithms and, code —using a play-based format and with an emphasis on developing logical thinking
Programming for
young children
The basics and practice
We work out what programming is for, how to put together our first code, and get busy creating our own programs
Learning through play
We play at every stage of our classes: when we're studying new topics, by doing physical activities, and when solving tasks on the platform
Preparation for school
We study the basics of math, solve logical tasks and learn to communicate, to work in a team, and to find agreement with each other
Coding as a space to unleash creativity
A project-based approach
After learning the basics,we start bringing our ideas to life. Working independently and in teams, we develop cartoons and games using Scratch, a programming language — specially designed for kids
Your child
will learn to
Apply basic programming concepts in practice – algorithms, loops, memory blocks, servers, and conditions
Logically reflect on and find different solutions to problems, and search for information by themselves
Be part of a team – distributing tasks, reaching joint decisions, and taking responsibility
Create their own projects and talk about them in interesting ways – what this part’s for, why it’s needed and how it works

to your question
Who is this course appropriate for?
Teenagers aged 10-11 who are interested in modern technology, gadgets or computer games, dream about creating their own, or who just have a creative side to their personality. No special skills, experience of coding or technical mindset are required. And there’s no need for top grades in math – we teach them everything
Who developed the programming course?
The curriculums for all of our courses are developed by a team of 30 professional teachers with backgrounds in pedagogy and psychology. Our leading teachers have PhDs and international experience of working on technology projects and in schools. They regularly update our existing courses, taking onboard the latest trends in IT, education and children’s lives.
What will my kid need for their classes?
Algorithmics schools are fully equipped with everything your child will need for comfortable and effective learning. Planning to learn online? All you need is a stable internet connection, a PC or laptop with Windows 7/Mac OS X version 10.10 or above, and headphones plus a microphone if desired. The classes will take place on the Algorithmics learning platform using the Roblox Studio platform.
Where can I take a look at your lesson timetable?
Send us a study request and our consultant will soon contact you. They’ll help you pick a group with a schedule that works for you, and reserve a place for you. Our timetable is flexible – we adapt to the needs of parents and students.
What should I do if my child misses a class?
You can always find the material they missed on our platform, and you can ask the teacher any remaining questions you have. If you have a lot of questions, the teacher will arrange an additional, personal lesson for them, so that they don’t fall behind the rest of their group.
Will by child receive a certificate when they complete their course?
Yes, all of our graduates receive an electronic certificate confirming that they’ve developed their knowledge and skills with Algorithmics.
